Sunday we were blessed with a sunny and slightly crisp day in the Dandenong Ranges for our Doggy Winery Tour. The ever beautiful Milo, Treacle, Billy, Timmy, Ollie and Teddy joined us for their second tours. Making new friends with Taylor, Banjo, Daphne, Bella, Harvey, Tammy, Sienna, Indi, Felix and Wilfred.
After having an introductory sniff and having a play at the beach in Port Melbourne. Hoomans and pooches boarded Bella the bus bound for our first stop, Whispering Hills Vineyard where we were welcomed by the charming and entertaining Murray.
A glorious walk through the Alfred Nicholas Gardens was just what the pooches ordered for their next stop.
Lunch was ready and it was time to relax at Burnham Beaches. With some pooches cuddled under the table and some lounging on the lawn enjoying sneaky cuddles and pats with Kayla, Kylie and Kerry. None more so than pooch Billy, who couldn’t get enough of having massages from our second local dog carer, Kylie.
Treacle loved taking selfie shots with her birthday mummy Rachel at our final wine tasting in Elmswood Estate. She was so photogenic that he won our Facebook photo competition, taking home a beautiful Ella+Friends Woof! coffee table book. Congratulations Treacle!
Tired pooches and hoomans then boarded Bella the bus heading home to Port Melbourne. Waving goodbye to the Dandenong Ranges, thankful for new friends, ending another magical day with Gourmet Pawprints.
We hope to see you all very soon.
