What a fabulous night to go wandering through the history of Williamstown with Alvy, Lili, Presley, Dave, Ruby, Anouk and Monty. The finale of the Neon Dog Park by Carla O’Brien made the area feel like a Northern Hemisphere winter with the magical city lights as a back drop. Talk about Dog Friendly!
