There was a bit of a chill in the air at Port Melbourne as the little and big paws got to know each other. We had to reassure them it wouldn’t be long before they could jump on Bella and start licking the windows. We welcomed back Milly, Chloe and Toby and said a big hello to Ellie, Minnie, Ned, Kovu, Zara, Hugo and Golli. We always smile when we can hear lively chatter as we head off on our Pawfect Dog Friendly Experiences – it means we are in for a wonderful day of fun and laughs. A fabulous home baked morning tea and great coffee was certainly met with enthusiasm at Black Cat Truffles. Great to see all the pooches shaking off their journey and enjoying meeting each other all over again. As adults ventured off to find the black magic – they almost patiently waited for their Truffle Treasure Hunt – so many excited fur-kids bounding down the paddock on the hunt. The entire table chatter over lunch served as new and existing friends happily told fur-parent stories to other like minded folks – we say that is what it is all about – complete with a hearty truffle lunch. There is always one conversation over lunch which sets off the laughter and figuring out the toilet sign was it! Bella was a very quiet over lunch with massages from the very talented Angela sending the pooches off to sleepy land. Congratulations Zara and Kovu on winning the Truffle Trivia and Ellie on the best photo of the day. Thanks Lynette and Andres for a fabulous visit to Black Cat Truffles and to Max for his seriously awesome service at the Farmers Arms – we hope to see you all again soon.
