Wow, what a day we had! So much sunshine and happiness for the pooches on their big day in front of the camera. Thank you Melbourne Weekender for inviting Gourmet Pawprints to be a part of your program.
Diesel was so excited to see all his friends again and welcome back Felicity, Millie, Max, Charli, Rafa, Lucy, Coco, Daisy, Tilly, Artie, Gemimah and some new paws too, saying Hello to Lyla, Schnitzel, Bonnie and special guest Roi.
Lots of action at Port Melbourne wore some of the pooches out and they had a much needed rest on the way to Fontanella Winery. Thanks John, Amanda and Gail for welcoming our group and film crew to your beautiful vineyard which was just basking in the sunshine.
With lots of smiles needed for the camera, as we then headed off to Frangos and Frangos (newly named Belvedere Social) for lunch.The pooches got to take a bit of a break from all the cameras with Sharon, Maria and Bonnie giving lots of cuddles, treats and pats.
Cindy Sargon the presenter for Melbourne Weekender brought along her special pooch, Roi who just seemed to lap up the day.
Lake Daylesford was in fine social form withso many people out and about for the day.
To finish the day off with a glass of Prosecco from Fontanella on the way home, was a perfect way to celebrate the day. While we relaxed, the film crew were still hard at it, filming us driving down the Calder Freeway – hilarious watching Lindsay our very talented driver smiling for the camera.
