Happy Fur-Mothers Day!!! Our special day to celebrate all little and big paws on the Saturday before the 2 legged folks get in on the Sunday. Oh what a magnificent day, not only was the weather gorgeous, so were all the Peeps and Paws who joined in the fun of Lilydale Lake, travelling on Bella the Dog Bus and of course the splendid High Tea in the Yarra Valley. Welcome Back Sybell (#70), Tilly (#40), Eddie (#15), Whispa (#9), Lizzie (#8), Coconut (#8), Lola (#3), Poppy (#3), Pepe (#2) and a big lick from Mr Diesel for newbies Ollie (#1), Jesse (#1) and Chester (#1). There were loads of laughs, particularly when Whispa spotted the cows from the deck at Yering Station. The stubborn look of Pepe not wanting to walk on the wet grass at Port Melbourne – “nooooo tooo wet Mumma” and Chester looking on saying “come on it is not so bad”. Sybell thinking the path at Lilydale Lake was too muddy – oh princess we love you but a teaspoon of concrete! Ollie, Coconut, Poppy and Jesse having Oodles of fun. Mr Ed looking keenly at Uncle Ben – “When is it MY turn to have massage – hurry up”! Lizzie’s Mum saying no massage for me – we don’t want Uncle Ben to loose a finger – Meez not so keen on massages. Ms Tilly suddenly discovering a beard and thinking “Hey not sure about that looks a bit scary for me -best I make Mumma and Grand Ma sit on the concrete with me whilst I figure this out”. Ms Lola who wanted to sniff at her time around Lilydale Lake – you go girl. And who can forget the chatty boy – Chief Paw Officer Diesel – he as always had a lot to say to the Puppas. We hope you loved the day as much as the GP Team did and enjoy the photos. Until next time – Paws Out
