Small is often wonderful and this certainly applies to our group! What a seriously amazing day and great celebrations with a Wedding Anniversary and 3 birthdays. Thanks for choosing Gourmet Pawrints to celebrate your special occasions. Brian didn’t even know until he arrived at Port Melbourne what he was doing for his birthday, wooo hoo. Welcome to Frankie, Bruce and Orla the a first time crew. It was a stunning 28 degrees and not a cloud in the sky.It didn’t take long for the pooches to chill out on Bella and settle into a cruisy drive to the Dandenongs. It is always great to see Burnham Beeches and Alfred Nicholas Gardens in full bloom and with a few free range chickens to keep us on our toes and paws. John entertained us at Elmswood Estate and Murray kept us well and truly fed at Whispering Hills. Thanks to Caroline at Seville Estate for a very leisurely afternoon tasting before it was time head back to Melbourne.
Massages over lunch were quite relaxing until those pesky sheep in the paddock wanted a look in on the action. No problem it was cooler on the floor of Bella anyway.
Congratulations Frankie and Bruce on winning the Shelby Memorial Photo Competition sponsored by Armadale Cellars – we just loved your licking good photo.
Until next time!
