The mystery is the adventure!

• This a whole day experience is filled with a fabulous trail walk and a great pub lunch in a range of places throughout regional Victoria. We have found some amazing trails loaded with sniffs and sights and the best part is you only have to walk one way as Bella the Dog Bus will be your chauffeur for the day.
• All the trails are guided by our talented team who are there to lend a hand and show you the  is a fabulous opportunity to get out an about with your dog and stroll along
• We start the day with some off leash fun socialising fun at Port Melbourne Then it is all aboard Bella as she chauffeurs you to a mystery destination while you enjoy morning tea and relax with like minded folks and their pooches.
• Enjoy an easy grade guided trail walk of approx 3-5km 
• Then it is off to a hand selected pub for lunch where you can choose to purchase from their menus.
• There will be plenty of time to spend with new and existing friends before Bella takes you back home again.
• Dogs are with you for lunch in courtyard/beer garden.
• Should the weather not be kind, then our team will be ready for the pooches on board Bella with snuggly massage. These unique tours will show case fabulous walks where you only have to go one way as Bella will be there to pick you up.  All trails are dog pram friendly if you have an older dog who wants to join in the fun.

• Meeting time 9am and we recommend you arrive 15minutes early to prepare for the essential dog socialising.
• Meet at Port Melbourne - Westport Reserve
• Please note it is not possible to join the tour at any other meeting point as we need to do the essential dog socialising before boarding Bella, besides we have so much fun on the bus

• Each destination is in regional Victoria and will not be repeated

Pesky but important information

• AFTER you have booked you will need to complete our Guest Details Form. This must  be completed for each adult and dog attending within 3 days of your booking. Your assistance with this is necessary for our preparation.
• All dogs must be desexed at the time of tour, sorry no exceptions for any reason. This is important to ensure all dogs are able to interact safely and respectfully.
• Dogs experience the world through scent and having de sexed and entire dogs together can cause issues
• All dogs must have a current vaccination for annual Canine Cough and to a 'C5 level'. We will contact your vet to verify these details from the information you provide in the Guest Details Form.
• All guests must be 18 years or over and fully vaccinated
• Only 2 dogs per person
• No retractable leads or correctional style collars as these can present hazards in groups and on the bus.
• It is essential your dog is in good health and able to socialise with other dogs and humans.
• Whilst we understand sometimes circumstances change, unfortunately there are no refunds once a booking has been made.
• If the tour is cancelled due to extreme weather we will transfer you to the next available date.
• There are no refunds once the booking is paid.
• If you cannot make the date you have booked, we must receive 2 weeks notice to transfer you to date
• If 2 weeks notice is not able to be provided there is a $50 administration fee per booking.
• There are no transfers within 3 days of the tour date and 100% of the ticket price will be forfeited if you are not able to attend
• If the tour is cancelled due to low booking numbers, you will be advised on the Thursday prior to the weekend via email. A refund can only be processed back onto the credit card used to pay for the booking.
• If the tour is cancelled due to weather, you will be advised on the Thursday prior to the weekend via email and offered an alternative date.

• Each tour has different total walking distances ranging from 3km to 5km. 
• This is a 'hop on and hop off' style tour where you can walk as much or as little as you wish
• Bella The Dog Friendly Bus will have pick up points for tired paws
• All the walks are dog pram friendly and guided by one of our talented team members who will have water along the way for the pooches

• We offer small group boutique style tours where you get to meet  other Peeps and Paws. This provides for a welcoming environment for solo travellers and friends alike.
• Bella The Dog Friendly Bus has 45 seats, so you will have plenty of room with larger dogs getting 2 seats
• This tour is capped at 15 dogs

Dietary

• We have carefully chosen each venue to accommodate all dietary requirements, including Vegan
• Please specify your dietary requirements in the Guest Details Form which will be sent via email after you book and must be completed by each adult and dog on your booking, please include any food allergies.
• Please bring any medications you require with you on the day.
