What a fabulous day on our Urban Explorer Doggy Trek, the weather was simply stunning and it certainly added to being out and about discovering Melbourne. We welcomed back Honie, Reuben, Emma and Leo and said Hello to Brian, Rodney, Charlie, Banjo and Fergus. Talk about beautiful socialisation manners at Port Melbourne. Bella the Dog Welcoming Bus was full to the brim with these excited pooches and Diesel was eager to translate again for all of them. It wasn’t a long trip on Bella before the pooches got to mingle again over morning tea at park on the Yarra.

Cruising along the Yarra River definitely put a new perspective on how Melbourne has changed over the years and for these locals it was a great way to relax and take in the view.  Thankfully all stayed on board!

We thought our picnic by the Yarra was going changed with road works suddenly appearing along Alexandra Ave, but just as we arranged for plan B, the bollards came down and Bella cruised through to get the picnic set up and ready for weary paws.

For those peeps and paws who had not visited the Botanical Gardens in a long time, it was certainly a highlight to go Punting on the Lake with little paws all dressed up grinning for the cameras.

To cap off a great day, there was a gorgeous handcrafted rug made by Betty who took so much care to highlight all the Gourmet Pawprints outings, even popping Bella on the it………simply beautiful and feeling very special.
