If the product has already been shipped and it does not meet your expectations, please return the product undamaged in its original packaging and we will provide a full refund. Mailing the product back to us is at your cost and we need it returned within 14 days of it arriving on your doorstep.
If the product arrives damaged or is faulty in any way, please get in touch and we will send you a replacement.
