Virtual Doggy Gin and Food Experience

Mr Diesel would like to invite you all on a NEW adventure, a live Virtual Gin and Food Experience. He has been missing his friends and says "about time there was an online event where barking is encouraged".

We have designed a gourmet hamper comprising of three carefully chosen (and tested!!!) Animus Distillery Gins and premium tonics for an outstanding flavour match match, a decadent Silver Penny Chocolate, Fig and Orange Pudding with a Chocolate Velvet Sauce made from couverture chocolate and of course a personalised doggy treat.

Ginstronomy is on its way to your doorstep in a groovy (OK that word is showing the age of the author!) reusable cooler bag. The awesome folks from Animus Distillery Gin and Silver Penny Puddings will guide you through their specialty hand crafted produce and the Gourmet Pawprints team will entertain you with Doggy Trivia. Yep some special offers will be up for paws to grab.

And all in true Gourmet Pawprints style of including your dog on a great experience.

So iron your PJ's, pop on a doggy bow tie, settle into a comfy armchair together and get set to have a Sunday afternoon like no other. After all you deserve a bit of doggy decadence.

To ensure a personalised experience the webinar is limited to 30 guests, so get onboard quickly to reserve your spot for a night to remember.

Animus Distillery Gin

Animus Distillery was founded in 2015, by four friends with a shared passion for producing world-class spirits and is located in gorgeous town of Kyneton. We use the highest grade of 100% Australian grain spirit, triple filtered using our custom gravity-fed carbon filter system, to provide the purest base for capturing the soul of our botanicals. We grow many of the botanicals on our property, and use a vapour pressed production approach for our distillation. Our gins are produced in small batches, where our botanical baskets are changed frequently throughout the production of each batch, to extract the freshest, richest flavours from our balance of Australian native and international ingredients. Whilst labour intensive, this approach allows us to taste our gins throughout the production of each batch, balancing each element with the sensibility of a fine chef to ensure we reflect the exquisite balance and intensity we aim to showcase with our botanicals. Our gins are released over-proofed at 50% alcohol, to best express the richness, intensity and complexity of our ingredients.

Silver Penny Puddings

Owner & Founder Elisha Webber -“For me, making Christmas Puddings is all about tradition. My Gran & Grandpa owned and ran the Yarra Glen Grand Hotel in the Yarra Valley, Victoria. Gran was the cook, so an obsession with food and cooking is in my blood. If Gran was here today, l know she would be the proudest grandmother on the planet and that makes me happy. Gran was all about tradition. She would make our family puddings and the table was always set with silver cutlery, silver serving platters, silver salt and pepper shakers, so that’s where the “Silver” in Silver Penny Puddings comes from. The tradition of putting silver coins into the pudding is also a memory, although Gran used to wrap a $50 note in glad wrap. Overall my aim is to deliver you with a product that you will love and would recommend to others. So please, ENJOY!”
