27 May 2018 Mornington Doggy Winery Tour

When Autumn turns on a fabulous day of 20 degrees and sunny – there is nothing that doesn’t feel right in the world of dog friendly days out particularly when it was to the stunning Mornington Peninsula. Wine, Dogs and Food – yes that just about covers the day. We welcomed back Bobby and Molly – who are fast becoming frequent Bella riders. A big hello to Pinkie, Yogi, Bow, Ziggy and Bucky –  a great bunch of very cute little paws. With big windows to lick and watch the world go by, it was an easy journey to Mornington’s Royal beach for some leg stretching and sniffing before morning tea. Pinkie had well and truly ensured everyone got to pat her in exchange for their legs being warmed. Our next stop for wine tasting was a chance for more sniffing and not just the fabulous wine. Bucky very bravely walked all of 5 metres away from his fur-parents and looked pretty happy with himself! With only a short trip to lunch – the pooches were all tucked up ready for their all important massage and then it was sleepy time. Well Ziggy thought it might be best to keep one eye open just in case there was anything he needed to know about. Bow was very content to watch the movie and chill out as it had been a busy day so far. Afternoon delight wine tasting on the deck was certainly the pawfect way to end a relaxing Sunday, and Yogi was certainly one tired pup by this time and very keen to get back on Bella for the drive home. Congratulations to Bucky for winning the photo of day, very clever pic you took of Mum jumping with her bestie.
